Omer Livvarcin, PhD
Dr. Omer Livvarcin is a management consultant, a university professor at the University of Ottawa and a researcher at the Nonprofit Management Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. and two master’s degrees in Management and Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Besides his roles in academia, Dr. Livvarcin is also the Founder of Vectors Group, a consulting and training firm specialized in bridging theory and practice. Dr. Livvarcin’s research interests include stakeholder engagement, strategic management, change management, organizational performance, leadership, team building, portfolio and project management. He is also involved in multidisciplinary research where Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics are used for immigrant integration or government project management. He is co-author of Risk Management for Nonprofit Organizations. He has also developed and published several scientific models and metrics to increase strategic and operational performance in public, private and non-profit organizations.
